Exchange server 2003

Super slow refresh when mailboxes are accessed by OWA

You have two nodes cluster configured as Active/Passive. 500 clients connect to the EVS1.van.com by HTTP over SSL. Users report that the response time of their OWA screen refreshed is unacceptable slow. You add two more exchange servers in the cluster environment. You need to ensure that the HTTP clients have redundancy and acceptable client response times. How do you achieve the goal with the two new exchange servers?

1. configure one of the exchange server as front-end server;
2. join another exchange server to the existing cluster and create the mapping HTTP virtual server by creating an Exchange System Attentant cluster resource.
